Times

The days of pick up and drop off count as one rental day as we charge per started 24h period.
We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

• pick up on the first day between 11:00 and 12:00
• drop off between 09:30 and 10:30 on the last day
• there is no refund for early drop off
• late drop off (possible if confirmed by us) we will charge the daily rent as a maximum

Conditions of rental

Preconditions to handing over a vehicle are:

• valid drivers license, prove of identity and minimum age of driver (18 years for vantastic vans, 23 years for higher categories)
• detailed briefing on the vehicle
• payment of rent and deposit

Booking and payment terms

With our quotation we reserve the vehicle for you for a period of generally 5 working days. Your booking becomes valid once your down payment is in our bank account. For long trips we may require another payment about 60 days ahead of departure.
The balance payment needs to be in our account 21 days before the pick up date. For bookings on short notice the rent charge becomes due immediately. The deposit of 1000€ needs to be wired along with the balance payment 21 days before the pick up.

Fuel

Vehicles are rented fully fueled and need to return fully fueled also.

International trips

International trips within Europe, including Eastern Europe, are possible. Trips to countries outside Europe require our consent and special insurance cover. Trips to areas in state of crisis or war are not permitted.

Smoking and animals

Smoking and animals are not permitted inside the vehicles.

Cancellation

For cancellation of a rental contract cancellation fees apply.:
- up to 50 days before the start of the trip 25 % of the rental charge;
- 49 to 15 days before the start of the trip 50 % of the rental charge;
- 14 to 1 days before the start of the trip 80 % of the rental charge;
- on the day of the rental or upon refusal to take over the vehicle 95% of the rental charge.
We recommend to take out a cancellation and curtailment insurance and offer our assistance in obtaining one.
